[amsat-bb] Problem getting into RS0ISS digipeater

A few months ago the digipeater couldn't hear anyone. After turning it
off and on, and/or after a school contact, it started working again.

Paolo Nespoli has been using the Erricson in the Columbus module a lot
lately because he's doing Ham TV contacts in Europe. (The Ham TV
transmitter is also in the Columbus module. If they don't need Ham TV
they tend to use the more dependable/powerful D710 in the Russian
Service module).

It's likely the connections are bad and every time he uses it, it may
change things. In fact in the past the audio levels HAVE been very
very low, so you might not be imagining things. All these problems are
more reasons to donate to ARISS so they can pay for the new
interoperable radio system.
