[amsat-bb] another new sat ??

In this mornings Satnews there is an article on Jordan's First Satellite — 
JY1-SAT.  The article quotes "The satellite carries the name JY1-SAT to 
commemorate His Majesty the Late King Hussein, for his radio call was JY1.  It 
appears to be a cubestat with the ability to " communicate wirelessly with Earth 
stations around the world"

Does this wording mean another hamsat.....
