What type of controller are you using (I.E LVB tracker or the like)?
Does the controller report the correct az/el information?

Can you talk to the controller? Or at least monitor the serial port to
see if it's transmitting data?

Check the terminals on the back of the control box (az and el) 1,2,3
for +5, wiper arm (0-4.5 VDC wrt pin 3) and +5 return, respectively.
