[amsat-bb] SatPC Error Message when updating Keps

I went to update the Keplerian files this evening and get the following 
error message after successfully downloading the keps. The error pops up 
when I click on the Quit button.  SatPC is locked up solid.  There's no 
way out except by rebooting.

Any help would be gratefully received.
