Attention ALL. Don't update KEPs with 9/8/2017 (orb17251.2l.amsat email). It
will mess up your SATPC32 program.

 

I have just become aware of this issue.  You are correct. There are
duplicates in the KEP list that I sent out on 9/8/2017.  I appears that the
SpaceTrack  website produced the duplicates for reasons unknown. (New
problem!) 

 

SpaceTrack is not doing that now. I am going to send a new KEP distribution
in a few minutes without duplicates.

 

NOTE!!!! Do not update your PCSAT32 from the 9/8/2017 KEP data
(orb17251.21.amsat email).  Wait for my new KEP distribution that I am
working on now.

 

If you have already and your PCSAT32 is locked up, I think I have a fix. But
I need to send out a good KEP file first.
