[amsat-bb] NON-AX25 response from Falconsat-3

Good afternoon!

I tried a Falconsat-3 pass today using a FT-817nd, a Signalink interface
and my laptop running HDSDR, UISS and HS Soundmodem. The 817 is set to work
as my transmitter and a SDRPlay RSP1 as receiver.

I was able to decode several packets from the satellite, including some
from WD9EWK. When I tried sending location or messages using "CQ to PFS3-1"
never saw my packets digipeated, only a:

 <NON-AX25 frame Len=24>

Anybody knows what I could be doing wrong?
