[amsat-bb] Nova on Windows

Try this (if you have still not tried)...
In the same place where you set Nova to "Run as Administrator" (That should be in the compatibility Tab) of the shortcut properties), there is also an option to run in compatibility mode.  Activate that option also and in the dropdown box select "Windows XP (SP3)".

I logged in as Administrator, right clicked setup and selected "Run as Administrator," same for patch.  After installation, changed advanced properties to "Run as Administrator."
Switched back to user, and everything works.
One quibble:  every time I start up Nova as a user, I get the Windows 10 "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?" window.  Any clues how to get rid of it?
