[amsat-bb] Falconsat-3 & Wisp

Hello,
anybody can tell me where can I get the update keps for the Falconsat-3 that
works with wisp?
I have tried to create a txt file with just the Falconsat one but when I try
to upload in the GSC program,
 I get "No Satellite Found".

Also is there a tutorial and needs how to operate with it?
