[amsat-bb] QSL labels from Log4OM

Does anyone know how to create a QSL card label in Log4OM that is useful
for confirming a satellite QSO? I've read the instructions, but the only
labels I can print show date, time, mode, one band and no mention of a
satellite. Very frustrating. Are there customizing options I've missed?
