[amsat-bb] AMSAT at Shelby NC Hamfest, Labor Day weekend

Hi all

Another ham and I are tentatively planning activities - which may include a
forum, and/or FM sat demos, and/or an AMSAT info table - at the Shelby
Hamfest.

So I'm putting out a call for other sat ops who might be attending Shelby
and want to help out, by doing demos and/or manning a table.  It depends on
the level of interest  of those attending/participating as to what might
take place. (I certainly don't want to man an info table at that size
hamfest all day by myself, so I hardly expect anyone else to either :-) .)

So email me, and I'll start an email chain for those interested in
participating, and we'll see what kind of activities we can reasonably do
at Shelby to get the word out about the wonderful world of working the
"birds" and AMSAT!
