[amsat-bb] SO-50 pass, operator error!

My apologies to all that were tuned into the SO-50 pass down the West 
Coast this morning at 16:17 zulu.  I kepr throwing my call out there not 
realizing I was tuned to the incorrect downlink frequency until halfway 
through the pass.  I finally checked the tuning on my receive HT, 
corrected it and KB6LTY came back to me right away.  In addition to a 
few other QSOs, I believe I heard W7QL and  another station K7 **Q 
toward the end of the pass. Please excuse this operator's error.... DOH!
