[amsat-bb] Gpredict question

I'm glad Martin provided the fix.

As for the why, If I remember correctly, AO-85 LTEs are distributed by the
'owner' aka AMSAT due to the launch being near a government satellite.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will correct me on this if it is
incorrect.
