[amsat-bb] Rove to DM15/16/25/26

I'll be satellite-roving on Sunday 8/19 and Monday 8/20 to DM15/16/25/26, likely also DM14. I'm planning to be active on FM, SSB, and APRS birds. 


I'll provide frequent updates on Twitter when I have mobile data/SMS coverage, under the handle @AI6DO with tags @AMSAT and #AMSAT. When I can, I'll tweet some advance notice before each pass or back-to-back set of passes. LoTW uploads to follow later in the week. LoTW confirmations would be greatly appreciated!

I'm still somewhat green on the linears, and manually tuning, so please be patient. Please give your call at least two or three times to give me time to tune you in. 

My operating plan follows, all times in UTC, with the number of leading asterisks indicating the degree of confidence that I will make that pass; three being the highest confidence. Looking to qualify for an AMSAT Rover Award on this trip. Hope to hear you on the birds!
