[amsat-bb] ao 92 fox satellite telemetry reception issue

If you're just trying to confirm that some data audio outs on analog radios
provide the spectrum FoxTelem needs, I can confirm they do.
I made a cable to get the data pin from my Kenwood TM-V71 and it worked.
The only issue I had is neither my Olympus or Zoom H1 audio recorders
captured that low frequency audio. I had to route the audio to the line in
on a 10 year old laptop to get the low end needed for FoxTelem, but it did
work.
I used this to decode the majority of the first and second images AO-92
transmitted.
If on the other hand you're curious if some Icom radios provide the low end
audio and hoping that means the 9100 will as well, carry on.
