[amsat-bb] Problems posting

Last night's BB post appeared without a problem (
http://www.amsat.org/pipermail/amsat-bb/2018-August/069380.html).

By default, Gmail is configured to not show your own post reflected from a
mailing list. There is a way to change this behavior, but otherwise you can
check the archives to be sure your message is posted.
