[amsat-bb] need help with ft991a

Hi Tom, glad to hear when folks become radioactive again!

If turning on the preamp doesn’t solve the issue, I suggest resetting the
rig, first a partial and then a full reset. Manual will give the magic key
press combinations.

If resetting and making sure the preamp is ON doesn’t work, I’d be thinking
something in the receive side has an issue.  Time to debug or get
professional help!
