[amsat-bb] Fox1-Cliff

The first pass today at 0109 UTC yielded nothing and as I had to get to 
work I pointed my antenna NW for the next pass. Thanks to the tle's 
posted here I was able to decode one payload, so I am a happy camper. 
Cheers to the Fox team who put this into space.
