[amsat-bb] ESEO telemetry information now available

Hi all,

ESA has updated the telemetry documentation for the ESEO satellite,
available in

https://www.esa.int/Education/ESEO/Be_the_first_to_catch_a_signal_from_ESEO

This will help us Radio Amateurs to build a telemetry decoder for ESEO.

Could you please assist us and gather telemetry packets from ESEO so
that we can test our decoder?

The beacon is at 437.000MHz and it is 4k8 or 9k6 FSK AX.25, so it can be
received with any packet radio TNC, such as UZ7HO's soundmodem,
direwolf, or similar.
