[amsat-bb] TLE for JY1-Sat

I copied Fox1 last night on two consecutive passes (in JO02jn) and I could see the signature two spikes come and go that looked like FUNCube data as well. I was using the TLE set loaded by MacDoppler from AMSAT.
Didn't want to break the pass to chase it to see what it was but none of the existing FunCube payload carriers were showing on the tracking software.
