Ashhar Farhan's bird is ExseedSat-1 and not Fox-1Cliff (AO-95). ExseedSat-1's downlink is on 145.900 MHz. You can use the Fox-1Cliff TLEs as both the sats were on the same pod during launch. As far as I know, no one has heard ExseedSat-1 beacon. 73, AB3DC Dinesh
