[amsat-bb] Has anyone heard the Exceed Satellite?

Audio capture on 145.900 on an Exceed Pass over Buenos Aires, tracking
with http://amsat.org.ar/pass?satx=exceed
Wonder if it is Exceed or any other, will keep trying.
