[amsat-bb] Odd CW on 145.900

[Paul Andrews]

MARIO is a terrestrial signal.  Audio on and FM carrier.  Not very strong
signal in NYC area.

I did hear a satellite on 145.900 yesterday.  Lots of Doppler.
