[amsat-bb] Rocket Lab Launch for NASA ElaNa-19 due next week

Hi Selwyn,

4 of these satellites are using ham frequencies as far as I can tell.
CHOMPTT is using 437.560 9k6 GMSK
CubeSail is using 437.505 9k6 GMSK
DaVinci is a bit more interseting with a 145.1 UpLink and 436.5 downlink 
with Data? and CW.
ISX-SR1 is using 437.15 FSK (9k6 ?).
NMTSat is using UHF 437?
