[amsat-bb] Icom IC-9700 in January 2019

That is one unfortunate thing about Icom satellite radios-with the
exception of the 9100, they only include bands used for satellite
operation.  Yaesu at least added 6m and 222mhz modules for the Yaesu FT736,
and a 6m module for the FT726 making them weak signal as well as a
satellite radio.
