[amsat-bb] Icom IC-9700 in January 2019

I have been using RemoteRig successfully with Icom for several years.
Works great and ZERO loss of fidelity (detectable by me) due to A>D and
D>A conversion.
That said, I use it within the same network; I do not try to remote in
from outside of the house.
