[amsat-bb] controller for g5500

Second the motion on the Green Heron.  We have one here on our EME array 
and have put them in around the country for antennas from Yagis with 
G5500's to 3 meter dishes.  Jeff's support is excellent.  The ones we 
have put in have been rock solid.
