[amsat-bb] Noise, distortion and fading on AO-92 L/v downlink

Although not from L/v, here is a link to a screen shot of the AO-92 U/v downlink fading.

The time scale of the downlink waterfall is on the right in minutes. At TCA, around 5 min, the fades fill in but toward the end of the pass, 0 to 3 min, the fades are rapid, about three per min.
This does not happen with all sats, so I don’t think it is a local effect at my station. Spinning of the sat?
