Lucio,

noted on the frequent updates to Mike's amateur.txt file.

I did some testing and figured out that the TLE file is sensitive to 
line endings - the file needs <CR><LF> otherwise I get the "file not 
found error".

the amsat TLE files that I tried and all had problems had only a <LF> 
for each line end.

satellite names with spaces do cause issues too.

the agw_online_kiss_plus program does not seem to sensitive to the TLE 
file name however and everything I tried worked.
