You have an IC-9700?

Full Doppler tuning tunes both the uplink and downlink normally. You can
change this under the mode tab to just uplink or downlink.

Using SATPC32  with  FT817 downlink and ic 9700 uplink.

When I set the uplink to track the downlink it changes and moves up in a few
seconds. How do I set and lock it in to track?
