Mike,

Mike,

GI+9 digits is the correct password length. The data is stored locally, and you can install SatPC32 on any number of computers. Currently it is on 3 of mine. Did you originally register the program under a different call? The registration number is based on your call at the time of purchase.

73s,

Alan

< I tried the serial number on the front of the disk case. Like Ryan it did not
<accept it as the password. My code is GI followed by 9 numeric (11
<character code). I see SatPC32 default password is 8 asterisks. I tried with and
<without the GI but that still leaves 9 numeric. SatPC32 was on my old PC and
<never removed. To keep someone from buying it and giving it to the world is
<the password stored somewhere. And you cannot use it again until you
<uninstall from the other machine? Any ideas? And thanks for your replies to all
<my questions. 73 Mike K4MIA
