[amsat-bb] new to list

I've recently joined AMSAT and would like to try the cubesats.  About
30 years ago I was active (FP/VE1KM, FP4EK, FP5EK) on the linear
satellites available at the time but wouldn't consider myself up to
speed.  So I downloaded the guide on getting started on satellites.

Along with my membership I ordered and received the WRAPS project
board.  And I was recently given a FT726R, but I'll get to that later.

I'm looking for some advice with a couple of items, starting with the
WRAPS project.  Before ordering the parts (for the tricked-out WRAPS) I
wanted to ask if there have been any changes to the design, should I go
ahead with the parts list as published?

I'll bring up the FT726R later, it may need a little work.
