[amsat-bb] Unknown new satellite MXSAT

All,

Object 43199 has apparently been identified as Shaonian Xing (Youth Sat).
So the unknown satellite that identifies itself as MXSAT-1 is actually the
student satellite Shaonian Xing. It also means this satellite does not 
transmit
on its coordinated frequencies. Let's wait and see if its FM repeater 
will be
activated and on which frequencies it will operate.
