Hi Jim.

The values must be know, because there is a decoder available to download
from DK3WN's site at:

http://www.dk3wn.info/p/?page_id=29535

... so if you don't get a better source of info, I'm sure Mike would help
if you would like to email him ref. the formulas use in his app.
