[amsat-bb] Help needed with Sat32PC, GS-232 rotor interface.

I am trying to set up a rotor interface using an Arduino and a Yaesu GS-550.

The Arduino interface by Tom Doyle W9KE is shown here

It shows up at Com 3 in device manager.

My problem is that when I uses Sat32PC > setup > rotor, there are no 
com  port choices, only LPT printer ports, as shown here:

In addition, when I go to hints rotor > Yaesu - GS232, I get nothing!  
The other hints for ARS, DDE, etc. do show up.

Any and all help appreciated.
