[amsat-bb] FUNcube data Warehouse outage

Hi,

We had a short outage this morning between 10:00 - 11:00 UTC.

There was fault with the web application running out of resources, we have been running without a break for some time :-)

Server restarted and dashboards are sending their backlog and of course scores are being updated (realtime providers may look a bit strange as the
warehouse collects out of sequence packets from users)
