[amsat-bb] Visually impaired satellite operators?

The Kenwood TH-D74 does have audible readout which may be helpful for those with visual impairments if they are looking for a hand held radio, but its not full duplex but will allow reception of the transponder satellites given its SSB RX capabilities. The Kenwood TS-2000 may however be the best overall option available today.
