[amsat-bb] SDR for fm sats

Paul,  I have been using an SDRPlay RSP1 for my downlink on linear sats for 
a little while now.  I use a FT-817 for the uplink, and drive them both with 
SatPC32.  It works well and you can find a video on YouTube that shows the 
setup very well.
