[amsat-bb] Time really UTC now Re: AO-92 in L/v 15:05 utc for 24 hours

Mark,

Very good L-band reception this side of the world on last pass, one other 3B8 OM, unfortunately not equipped to transmit on 23cm copied me 59.

Also had a clear copy of myself and S/N 10 decoding with Foxtelem, really amazing performance of the satellite on all modes.

Next pass in about 1 hour (23:00 Hrs this side) will be OK for  a QSO with ZS (some coffee will be needed to keep the eyes and ears open, hi!), hopefully there will be someone there on the frequency...
