[amsat-bb] AO92 L schedule?

Seems that the attempt to switch to high speed for HERCI last night was
unsucessful (heard Drew say to resume normal transponder use).  Is the
attempt @ 0215 2/22/18 still planned?  Any idea what the issue was?
