[amsat-bb] AO-07 - not working/silent

It's worth remembering that using too much power will flip the
satellite mode so when its silent its most likely downlinking on 10m.

If this happens a lot and there are only yourselves on the pass best
thing to do is reduce your output power. max should be no more than
100w ERP.
