[amsat-bb] AO73/FUNcube-1 Weekend mode

Hi All,

AO73 is now in continuous amateur mode for the weekend. The transponder 
is on and low power telemetry is available.

If you are holding an educational outreach event over the next few weeks 
please request a short Fitter message by emailing 
operations at funcube.org.uk giving us at least a week's notice!
