[amsat-bb] GPerdict, Icom IC-910H, and Windows 10

Hi Les,

Nova certainly works ok for me on various W10 machines. From memory you 
should run it as administrator (right click on the prog) and also right 
click on it and run the Troubleshoot Compatibility... I think you select 
W7 compatibility but try experimenting
