[amsat-bb] Getting Ready for Fox-1D

I tried to use preliminary data for FOX-1D from 
https://www.amsat.org/getting-ready-for-fox-1d/ , by N8MH, but my 
GPredict refused them ( new satellites = 0 ) .

So I wrote small program for check and repair of TLE data.
Here they are:
