[amsat-bb] Updated Fox-1D Preliminary TLEs

Thanks for the help.  I'm pretty new to SatPC32 and the manual leaves some
questions unaswered.  Is there an entry for the Doppler.SQF file or will
that come later?  For now I can at least see and follow the footprint on
the map.  Thanks again!
