Hi Stefano,
Great to hear that you are trying to decode telemetry. You probably need
to sit and watch a few passes before it will work unattended, just to make
sure you have all the settings right.
If you are using the RTL, make sure you have it connected through a virtual
cable to FoxTelem from the SDR. You should see the bit pattern and eye
diagram when a beacon is being transmitted. There are examples of the eye
diagram in the pdf manual. Take a screen shot and share it for advice if
it is not decoding.
