[amsat-bb] falconsat3 - WISP SETTINGS

help from  WISP users.
after about a week of normal operation on Falconsat 3, I started only seeing from Falconsat:
one line of  C0,C1,ETC CODE lines followed by the BRC data, then five lines of PHT data, then repeating.
I suspect some WISP settings have changed. 
can someone point me in the right direction?
