[amsat-bb] FUNcube-1 / AO-73 mode switching

Hi All,

AO-73 is now in continuous amateur mode for the weekend. The
transponder is on with low power telemetry also active.

Early next month AO-73 will be entering a period of some weeks of
continuous sunlight. We are planning then to have a new operating
schedule as below:

Sunday pm through to Thursday am or pm - Continuous educational mode
with full power telemetry.

Thursday through to Sunday pm - Continuous amateur mode with the
transponder on, and with low power telemetry also active.

These plans will be reviewed with experience so may change!
