[amsat-bb] AO-92 in L/v Mode Over Europe

Worked  Fer IW1DTU yesterday at 09:08 UTC via AO-92 in L/V mode over
Europe.
Good signal using  transverter +20W PA directly under a 23 element yagi
orizzontal polarization.
Unfortunately the transverter IF is on the same satellite downlink band  so
I can't hear myself but I am working out this issue.
