[amsat-bb] HT for sats

I have used a Baofeng HT on the downlink on SO50 to get around the birdie
issue with my TS2000.  It denses enough that I cannot hear myself on the
downlink. I now use a FT100D for the downlink on SO50 and that receives it
fine.
