I should know this, but don’t. My students tried to tune in XW2A but it was not on Heavens-above but it was shown as having been heard by someone else today on the AMSAT Status page. But its downlink is outside of the AMSAT subband, so do they not turn it on except over China, or is the downlink on 145.675 operational? We did not hear anything. Bob, WB4APR
